5 MINUTE MORNING RITUALS

 

Mornings....do you jump out of bed with a smile on your face....or hit the snooze button furiously? Either way, there is no denying that a great morning will lead to an even better day. Try these quick and easy morning rituals to boost your overall wellness and have a beautiful start to your day.

 

GRATITUDE: When you wake up before getting out of bed, smile and think of one thing you are grateful for. Even if life isn't perfect, there is always something to be thankful for! Make this your first thought for the day to create positivity & happiness.

HYDRATE: Kick start your digestive system with a glass of water with a few drops of lemon essential oil or a fresh squeeze of lemon. Its a great source of vitamin C, promotes hydration & assists with digestion. It's also great to add a pinch of mineral salt, such as Himalayan Pink Salt. By doing so, you are adding trace minerals back into you body, which are needed for our bodies to function properly.
